(The entire property is available except for the garage, as it is used for storage.) It was very roomy and had plenty of space for use to gather in the common areas to spend time together. The pool was also a great hang out spot. Having just 2 bathrooms for the whole house was hard to manage, especially because the master bathroom door doesn’t have a lock so keep that in mind when booking. The beds were comfy and the sofas were plenty big enough to sit comfortably. It was a nice neighborhood. My favorite part of the day was having my coffee on the pool patio as the sun came up. We took our sons to see baseball spring training games in Port St. Lucie and in Jupiter and it was very easy to do that from the property. We swam every day and enjoy the sunshine, and the pool was fabulous, clean, and the perfect temperature! Our sons loved the bunkbeds and we were extremely comfortable in the master. Very well kept homey and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and available for any questions or needs. Attention to Little details made the stay great. Beach towels/chairs/coolers provided. Shampoo conditioner soaps etc supplied. All kitchen needs were provided. The pool was awesome. Since we stayed a month a cleaning service was also provided a couple times. Stayed for a week during the 4th of July and didn’t even have to go anywhere to view the fireworks. We were able to enjoy them from the screened in pool area. Two bathrooms for 12 people is challenging, so keep that in mind when choosing a vaca rental for a large group. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor sitting area.
