We had a great time at his property. It has everything you would need for a nice trip. Port Royal/Beaufort area has a lot to do and some great restaurants but plan ahead because they get busy! Fabulous farmers market close by on Saturday mornings as well. Bring your bike, the area is not super walkable due to the lack of sidewalks between the house and the downtown area. The property is set back from the road and was quiet with lovely scenery. The home was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as posted, and the whole check-in and out process was very smooth. We enjoyed the park pass that was hanging in the foyer to use as we explored the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch by the small tidal creek, observing the otters follow the tide out each morning along with the many birds.
