The main level boosts a Queen Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, and Sunroom (Den and Dining room). The spiral staircase leads the way to a game room with ping-pong, Queen Bedroom, Bunk room, Bathroom, and Laundry room. Take a stroll to the private community beach that is only a couple of blocks away with access to the beach, pavilion, playground, basketball, and BBQ. If your heart is searching for adventure this is the perfect vacation hideaway. Take the kayak out to the Bay and disconnect from the daily grind and discover the local waterway. Bring your shovel and sieves to sift the sand. This is your opportunity to begin exploring for Fossils along the shoreline or just collect the beautiful shells. There are over 600 species of fossils that have been discovered from the Miocene era (10-20 million years ago) at the neighboring Calvert Cliffs State Park beach. TL;DR this place is great for families. The long version: my spouse and I, our 3 year old, and my mother booked a winter fossil hunting vacation and the house couldn’t have been better for us. There’s a primary bedroom with full bath on the main level and two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower level. This setup allowed us to have some space and my son to have plenty of room to run around and play. The house felt spacious for our group of 4\. The kitchen is stocked with equipment and we cooked most nights. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet; we took walks most days both to the beach and around the neighborhood.
