"I love staying at this hotel. However, this stay was a little rougher than usual. There seemed to be a girls sports team staying - not the quietest group. The room also had an unfortunate amount of hair in the bathroom at check in, one or two happens no big deal, this was quite a lot. Check in team was fantastic and helpful as usual! Check out team member was holding his phone and barely looked up from it to say goodbye. Hope the next stay is back to what I normally see from this hotel when I stay here."

"Unfortunately, we stayed at the hotel during a labor strike, so there was no housekeeping service. We were compelled to stay there due to its proximity to our relatives' home, but we suffered the inconvenience of waiting at the entrance; protesters only allowed cars to pass every five minutes, forcing us to walk to and from the street. There was no breakfast, though the bed was comfortable and the room spacious; however, a hotel of this caliber lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. We would have appreciated a partial refund for the lack of services, but they claimed they had notified us—a message we never saw because it was sent to Expedia rather than directly to our email. Consequently, we felt the money spent was wasted given the absence of services. We had to request cups and coffee pods, and room service had to be ordered from outside the hotel; as for bottled water, it was provided only once, after which they charged $4 per bottle."

"Delightful meet and greet. Wonderful amenities. Beautiful bedroom decor. Ceiling and vent fan. Comfortable bed and pillows. In room keurig and TV. Hallway fridge and continental breakfast with everything from teas, coffee, cereals, milk, cream, granola, fruit, and Perrier the kitchette extends to the terrace (should you need to smoke) or just want to chill. Hot breakfast served at 9:30. The best part was their doodle Teddi! He’s a dream."
