« This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it. »

« I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

« This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. »

« We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building.
