The amenities just keep going at this house! From a game room with ping pong table and foosball, hot tub, gas firepit, giant BBQ, bocci ball court, kid\`s play structure, two living room spaces, and beautiful views from Two massive decks! Convenient location near waterfront parks, Southworth to Seattle Ferry and downtown Port Orchard. 30 Minute drive to Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Bremerton, Silverdale, and Poulsbo. This gorgeous Puget Sound home features 4 bedrooms with plenty of room for the whole family! Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a quiet and private location, an awesome play structure for the kids, and a perfectly flat front yard for yard games! The entry way into the home provides plenty of space for the whole family to kick off their shoes, hang their coats, and get ready to relax! Main floor has open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc., Large dining room table to seat 10, inviting living room with large smart TV, games, and telescope to enjoy the views! Head out the sliding glass door and enjoy the gorgeous deck overlooking the Puget Sound. BBQ for the family while enjoying views of the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take a blanket and enjoy the fresh air by the propane firepit on the deck! Head to the garage for some foosball, ping pong, and additional TV! Main floor bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds). Head upstairs to find a large media room with plenty of seating, large Smart Tv, and access to an upper deck with incredible views of the Puget Sound! Master bedroom on upper floor is spacious with a King bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, and access to upper deck. Second upstairs bedroom holds a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twin beds). Third upstairs bedroom has a private queen bed with walk-in closet. In the backyard you will find plenty of room for activities, firepit (wood not provided), and a well taken care of Hot Tub. Enjoy the tranquil outside area by soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the sounds of peaceful nature. Location is within the very friendly and inviting Manchester community in Port Orchard. Manchester is surrounded by water and is just minutes to the Southworth/Seattle Fast Ferry. Explore the quaint town of downtown Port Orchard or quickly venture into downtown Seattle for all it has to offer! Please feel free to message host for helpful info on things to do! Parking for 3-4 cars. Access to home will be provided 3 days before check-in. Just a phone call or message away. House is located in a fairly private neighborhood, however noise can carry - please respect outdoor quiet hours of 10pm-8am. From beginning to end our host Melissa was highly responsive and the property was everything we had hoped for. The home was laid out well to give everyone space and there are great views and plenty to do, including spa and bocce. If you have kids there is a game room in basement which is very nice. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable which was a big plus. There is easy access nearby to the Kisap Fast Ferry out of Southworth to Seattle and plenty of parks for walking and hiking in the area. Supermarket shopping was an easy 10 minutes away which was very convenient. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat. ##### David L. Worked well for a bunch of golfing buddies enjoying the excellent golf in the Port Orchard area. Great views of Puget Sound and Seattle. Found some great drinking and dining establishments nearby. Bedrooms and bathrooms for all and two family rooms where everyone could relax. The views from the deck were spectacular. We had enough room at the table for 10 people. The kitchen was well stocked with a great selection of pots and pans and spices. Everything about check in and check out was smooth and easy. The location was quiet and peaceful. We loved our time in this home. I will stay here the next time I'm in Washington. ##### D P. Amenities: The kitchen had plenty of everything needed to prepare/cook meals. The grill outside was nice and worked great. While the host, Melissa, communicated with us and apologized, we did have challenges with the water. The hot tub never really got hot and the kitchen sink and bathroom water was very hot (too hot to shower) and we could not get the right balance of temperature. Cold water would occasionally come on but not enough. We sent Melissa a message who responded quickly and was going to look into it. We decided to wait until we departed so didn't ask for a fix before we left. Other than the water challenge, the home was peaceful, plenty of space, and a great place for a getaway. ##### Daniel C. There was plenty to keep all ages entertained. We especially enjoyed the swing set, chalk, and playdoh provided for the smaller kids and the gaming system for the bigger ones. Relaxing in the hot tub and out on the porch in the evenings looking out over the bay was just the ticket for the adults needing to recharge. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the multiple family rooms so we could all spread out when wanting some quiet time, but there was plenty of space for us to all be together as well. ##### Kimberly H.
