This home is in a centrally located neighborhood with other homes fairly close by. Outdoor quiet hours should be respected between 10pm and 8am. The location is centrally located in the middle of Port Orchard! \- South Kitsap Regional park is just a short walk away featuring 3 ballfields (baseball, softball and multi-use), biking trails, playground, horseshoe pits, picnic area, hiking trails, and a skate park. \- Downtown Port Orchard waterfront and stores are 10 minute drive. \- Southworth to Fauntleroy (West Seattle) Ferry terminal is 12 minutes away. \- Bremerton to Downtown Seattle Ferry terminal is 30 minutes away. A bit further: \- Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, and Gig Harbor approx. 30 minutes away. \- Seatac Airport is a one hour drive. \- Olympic National Forrest is about a hour and a half drive. \- Hood Canal is about a hour and a half drive. The home had absolutely everything you can think of (some items I don’t even have in my own kitchen!). The owner left a very well laid out instructions and a personal welcome card. Small touches like these is what really makes the stay more memorable. House was beautiful, clean and perfect for family’s! We even walked to the park across the street. This is a very nice house. It is fairly big with 3 bedrooms and large living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked; it had everything I needed and lots more. Full sized refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Although I didn't use anything outside it has a fairly large yard with hot tub and play area.
