Staying in our home is arriving at a place that was prepared with you in mind, where you are the most important person and that we will make you feel at home. You will pay less than in a hotel and you will receive much more attention, you will have more space, more privacy, more amenities, parking for several cars, and you will be welcomed by an extremely clean house where we know that you will be satisfied. The space Our space is unique because we decorate and accommodate it as our house, it is not just a space to rent and now, it is a space that has our essence, our seal, it is a part of us, we prepare it with a lot of love and affection. And from the beginning we put all the effort so that you have a wonderful stay and want to return for having felt at home. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, even the patio. The living room and dining room are bright and comfortable. The dining table seats 6\. Comfortable sofa in the living room provide plenty of relaxing seating. Other things to note As owners and property managers of this home, the safety and well-being of our guests is our number one priority. Small details were off - funny layout, light switches in odd places, all the lighting is florescent, the living room chandelier glares on the TV, no hand towels, rust on some bathroom fixtures, and some tiles were unfinished. Freight trains travel through the area and honk frequently throughout the nights, which woke most of us. But the AC is excellent, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, no complaints about the beds. We enjoyed visiting the Old Sugar Mill down the street. ##### Stephanie A. The place was very clean inside. We were in town for a car show, and the yard and driveway was accommodating for all of our vehicles and trailers. The neighbor on the corner seemed friendly as well. We had car troubles the first couple days of our stay, and having the room to address the issues was a big plus for us. The house was great, the only things I missed having was hand towels and wash cloths, but a quick trip to the nearby store and we were set. We had 2 families so we brought in a couple of our folding chairs in at night for extra seating in the living room as there is only the one couch. I’d say everything was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly is always a plus as well. Both showers hot and cold water is backward. Barely turn the faucet on and water is HOT. turn it all the way for cold. 2nd bathroom sink has low water pressure. But everything worked fine. Internet strong enough to stream our firestick and phones. Washer and dryer did a few loads of laundry. And when I asked the host about check out. It was super easy to do. Would use again We came in for bike week and the ama supercross, property is very convenient to many restaurants and the Daytona speedway. House was a very nice recently renovated home, everything as described in listing. Very clean with plenty of parking. Fenced backyard that worked great for parking our motorcycles off the street view. Good communication with owner and we would use again. Some minor dislikes were no rugs at any of the doors and difficult to keep sand from being tracked in, had to sweep several times to prevent from being tracked all over house(wanted to be respectful of property and keep clean but that made it hard). also some outdoor seating would have been nice-property had nice fenced in back yard that could be updated to make a nice seating area.
