"It is an amazing property. Immaculate, lovely layout and soo much space; everything you could ask for and more. Ample linens and comfortable large beds. Kitchen well stocked and thoughtful items left for us to use like housecoats, eggs, milk, tea/coffee and delicious cookies. Quiet back yard that borders on a walking trail. It gave us a wonderful spot to relax and the proximity to the hospital was perfect. Thank you"
"Property was fine for a short stay. Room flow was a bit disjointed and floors not comfortable in bathrooms. Dog barking and making noise upstairs. Damp smell in some rooms. But it was spotless and had everything we needed for connivence. "

There is crashing noises, running sounds, and yelling/fighting well into the late hours of the night. The bedroom is a fire hazard with no window, and the heating vents feed the suite with cigarette smoke/mould smells.
The host didn’t supply arrival details or check in procedures. We had to prompt them for entrance key details. We...

BUT, BE CAREFULL!!! When booking with EXPEDIA. NO USD OR CAD MENTIONED. ONLY AT THE BOTTOM IN FINE WRITING, THAT BY DEFAULT CHARGES ARE IN USD. even though i booked in canada, for a canadian hotel. I guess, at my fault, via an american company. LESSON LEARNT. HELP THE LOCAL market and book directly with the hotel.

"I loved this quirky boutique style hotel. It was a great location with all the basics (microwave, refrigerator). The rooms are on the smaller side but are clean and well stocked. It was a great value for downtown Vancouver. The cafe in the same building was perfect for a quick, lite breakfast too. "
