The kitchen could do with a clean up, theres loads of utensils and crockery from the last 30 years, a very old microwave and a you have to be under 5ft tall to see under the extractor fan.Everything else is great though. Good shower pressure, new washing machine (and handy drier), clothesline on the balcony, new lift in the building and the location is so convenient to town, the water, the clubs, walks and Coles.We really enjoyed our 4 weeks there. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, I could see the Hastings river, Port Marina, and also the mountain range. Sunsets were the best. On thecother side, the property was not properly ceaned, it was dusty, there was a leak from the cieling in the toilet, when reported to the management, the response was very cold. Staff was very unprofessional and not rude. There were no swtiches for the lights in the kitchen, which was later fixed.
