The beds available are truly for 8 people but we worked it out as we have 2 family members who didn’t mind sleeping on the living room couches. Recommend to change the couches in the loft to be pull out bed or have 2 roll in beds to be truly a 10-person sleeper house. Otherwise, the kitchen, living room and dining room were more than enough space to accommodate 10 people. The front and backyard were clean and the picnic table in the backyard was nice to have. It has extra folding chairs to use for both indoor and outdoor hang outs. The master BR/BA is really nice and spacious. Free wi-fi is a plus and the big screen TV as well. Overall, I’ll give it a 9/10 and will come back to stay in it in the future!!! ##### Eric N.
