Golf vacation…

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 10 nights at Tamarina, and we had the most wonderful time! Our main purpose of the trip was to play golf and relax, and Tamarina was the perfect place for just that! The golf course was long with beautiful surroundings. We had some warm days, but the marshals came out with ice tea and wet towels. After 18 holes we could relax at the wonderful golf restaurant with lovely staff and good salads. The golf club even kept our bags during the stay so that we did not have to bring it back to the hotel with the shuttle. One extra plus was that the all inclusive package covered the golf restaurant as well. The hotel restaurant served breakfast with an ocean view, and got us gluten free bread every morning. In the evening we stopped by the bar before having dinner. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so wonderful and friendly! They made sure that we had a good time during the evening. They even prepared special meals and special cocktails for us during some evenings. The hotel room was ok, with a large balcony. The WIFI was however not very strong. Beautiful setting, pristine beaches, great service, wonderful amenities. We were at the resort when COVDI19 exploded in the island and although interruptions to entertainment occurred and changes had to be made (understandably so) we felt very comfortable and at ease. the front desk manager (Yannick) was very accommodating and tried his best to facilitate our stay at the resort, our flights got cancelled and he extended our stay without any hesitation…Beautiful setting, pristine beaches, great service, wonderful amenities. The Ravanela was truly outstanding. Stayed 11 days in Maurutius first at the Hilton in Flic En Flac which was also amazing then onto Ravanela. Our experience was cut short due to covid-19. The first day was unbelievable so many choices of restaurants food was great / pool was great. Not the best beachas the water isn't clear but that's not the hotels fault 😛 couldn't enjoy the last four days as Maurituis went into lockdown so ended up onky 50 of us in the hotel. The staff were great service did slip but understandable. Looking forward to coming back here 8n a few years to experience it properly. …The Ravanela was truly outstanding. We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. Towels were made into swans. Bottle of wine. Hellos and thank yous, always asking if there was anything else we can do and they all knew our names. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be booking with Constance in the future. Perfect Family Resort…

Our second time in this resort. The best part are the amenities and the staff. All very nice, lots of pools and water activities. We did not have to queue ever at check in, restaurants or check out. We requested a late check out provided at no cost. So all just perfect. they could improve are the rooms. They are a bit simple and low cost. We would go back if we have the opportunity.…

The resort is unique in the sense that each villa is beautifully designed. The service is next to none by staff where all staff from the bar, breakfast, beach, housekeeping and management could not have done enough. The food is excellent, though depending on your budget can be expense, but is comparable to other 5 star hotels. I would return there without hesitation.…
