Instructions on lighting in the shop and on the pier could be more clear but that was a 30 second figure it out moment only. The place was clean and well set up for fishing and camping. The barn/ garage had a great breeze and was a good place to be, in the heat of the day and when it rained. Our 9 year old grandson had the BEST time crabbing and fishing.
