Located in Port-la-Nouvelle, this 60 m² duplex holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy comfortable beds in 12 m² and 9 m² bedrooms, both with large closets. The house features a well-equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a baby cot for your convenience.  
  
Step outside to your small garden with a private barbecue and access to an open terrace. The property is on a quiet street with little traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay even in summer.  
  
You can park in the property's garage or on the street in front of it. Events are not permitted on the premises.  
  
This fully renovated duplex includes an 18 m² garage and is just a 5-minute walk from the supervised beach. You have free access to 2 Dutch bikes for adults and 1 bike for a child available on site. Bed linen rental is available for an extra fee for added convenience.
