It is always spotlessly clean, comfortable (including the mattresses), the kitchen is well stocked, and the decor reflects the waterfront atmosphere. We enjoy the view of the Laguna Madre, from inside, and the wonderful outdoor seating area/deck. The birds, sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. We needed to get away and relax by the water, and this house did not disappoint! The property is easy to locate, beautifully decorated, with a smooth check in process, and quickly felt like home. We experienced an unexpected minor issue, and received an immediate response from our host. Communication was always easy, and helpful. The house is equipped with kitchen and grilling utensils, and all conveniences that made our stay so good - including beach towels and great outdoor seating areas. Everyone of all ages loved the game room and the balconies were wonderful too. All the rooms are very bright and airy so if you're trying to sleep in or take a nap it's quite impossible. It would've been nice to have a blackout option or at least something to prevent the sun from blasting us in the morning but we made the best of it and started our days early.
