Hotel was reasonably priced and well located near the bridge to USA and the highway. Our first room was near a very noisy boat that was docked at the edge of the property and the older heating/cooling system was noisy. We were moved and issues were resolved. Breakfast was satisfactory.

We rented a 1 bedroom suite which was very clean and spatious. The kitchen is fully equipped, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful and the location is pretty good as well. Overall I recommend this hotel.

You can hear activities from outside the room. the room from across ours was noisy from 10-3am. seems like they were drinking? there should be a curfew,place is good, staff are great.

Overall great experience with the exception of the breakfast. The potatoes were the worst from any hotel. The waffle iron timer unfortunately didn't work. The syrup, just an awful taste. Rm great. Service great. Peaceful and quiet. Favorite restaurant right next door. Tim Hortons around the block ish for when breakfast is bad.

Very friendly front-desk team. Nice location near Sarnia harbor. Just a 15 minutes' walk to the town center and a 20 minutes' walk to the fabulous Bluewater bridge. The local Wi-fi was fine. The breakfast was nourishing with bacon and eggs. Mobile phone data connection was not strong enough at the hotel location for some reason.

It is a good place to stay at for the price. It has been renovated. Overall, the place is clean. But my wife found a blood stain on the blanket. It happens. I took it down to the staff and he gave me a cleaned one. I met three staff members there and they were all friendly and helpful. The place is near the waterfront but you won't get any rooms with waterviews because of the layout of the building in that lot. But walking over to the waterfront park and nearby restaurant is short and easy. We were there on a weekend and the place was quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast, free wifi, cable, AC and heater unit, hair dryer, iron and board, sofa/sofabed, minifridge/microwave/coffee maker (in the room)-are all good stuff to have.

Place is great my kids(teenagers stayed in one room) late at night my one daughter got up to get water,thought someone put water in the fridge so she opened it and there was a rotting salad,subs and something else it was so smelly amd gross

I love that on the main floor, you can park right outside your door, like the benefits of a motel with a bit more of the features of a hotel.
