The double room we shared was clean, neat however it was very poorly lit especially for two seniors 75 & 83. We found it challenging to even operate the coffee machine, there was no extra lighting in that part of the room which became more challenging once there was no daylight streaming in from outside. We found the restaurant to be overpriced and the food very bland although generous portions. We were traveling with family which included our young grandchildren and while we appreciate the restaurant having a high chair there is no children’s menu so I have to say overall I’m very disappointed in our visit. The hotel doesn’t seem to cater to seniors or young children.

Although our restaurant is new and temporary as plans are made to replace it with a Boston Pizza Restaurant, we will look into adding a Kids Menu in the interim. Workmen smoked in the hotel, ladders were left in hallways, cleaning carts were left in halls unattended all day, cleaning cloths on the floor, cardboard pieces in the hallways. More workmen in hotel than guests - can hear hammering and sawing. Had to walk by the table saw to use the sidewalk going to my car. Staff was rude after the staff we had at check in - they were fantastic! Staff from them on were rude.

Once the renovation complete it’s going to be one beautiful place to stay. Our room was completely redone with two giant TVs and two rooms. Big window to watch the blue water bridge. Giant bathroom with stand up shower. Definitely go back when we are the in Sarnia area.

Being newly renovated. Room was spotless. I’ve was a few floors up and no elevator working. Not a lot of restaurants in direct vicinity. Decided to have dinner at Match in the nearby casino, which was outstanding.

This hotel is very nice although it is under construction. The rooms are all renovated and very nice. The bed is comfortable, bathroom has A nice walk-in shower with everything You need. We will stay there again!!
