We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable! It is so beautifully furnished, clean, kitchen stocked with everything you would need..all the comforts of home. The pool/hot tub area was nice. Very convenient to be able to walk to the beach a few times a day. The beach was never crowded and very clean. While we were there, we visited the Camarillo outlet mall a few miles away. They welcomed us with a tour, a welcome gift, and walked us to the shortcut to get to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and some food essentials. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The home is beautifully decorated as well. There is also surround sound in the living room which made movie nights even better. Hearing the ocean as I fell asleep was so healing. There is also tons of fresh air that comes through the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and the living room. Oct 30, 2018 #### charming, well-kept home; ocean breezes! our beach condo was exactly as described and pictured online, and even cuter in person! We especially appreciated ocean-facing sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom and the cool ocean breezes each evening. Eric and Regina were gracious, generous hosts who met us personally to show us around and be sure we knew the fastest route down to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer on site for all the beach towels. There was a clog in one of the sinks leftover from previous renters, but it was remedied immediately and the remainder of our stay was stress-free. The property is a condo with your own parking space just steps to the front door. I stayed here while recuperating from a kidney transplant, and the owners were very accommodating. Any question that I had was answered they were very responsive and kind. You can hear the surf from the condo if you leave a slider open. There was no stress which is great for healing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, roomy, well decorated home away from home. The beach is literally across the street. Eric and Regina are amazing hosts!
