I gave a 4 star rating for Staff and Service. The staff was 5 star…polite, friendly and helpful. But the policy of the Holiday Inn Hotels is not the best service. We were not told that there would be daily room service. No fresh coffee cups, water cups nor coffee for the machine. When I asked at the front desk, she pointed to a little sign. At other hotels, we have been told of this when we check-in.

The only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the suite. Was supposed to be a King bed with a double couch. The photos made it look like it was in the other room. My husband and I had no privacy from the kids, there was just a little kitchenette in the other “room”. There was a small table with 3 chairs (there was 4 of us), a small hand sink, microwave, and Keurig. Not sure why there was a bunch of cabinets when they weren’t needed. We had to call down for more bedding as the bed had none. Then were given Queen size set to fit the couch bed with. It was almost twin size! My son is 22 and his girlfriend is a bigger girl. They pretty much didn’t fit. I’ve stayed at this location several times and always got two Queens. I’ll probably just go back to that.

What's Not to Like?!
Was escorting my bestie out to see her son in the Navy before deployment. Having never been in this part of CA before, we stopped and asked about things to do at front desk. Very helpful. Also, the breakfast was the perfect way to start our adventures every morning. The ladies in the kitchen work hard to make everything look and taste good. I may have accodentally fallen in love with their beds and linens here. Room was spacious and well appointed. Also loved the free water in the lobby.

Was staying in an executive suite and they weren’t ready for us at check in. The room was over and hour late. Then we were sent up to our room - which was still being cleaned. After this we were given new room keys for another room. No blinds / privacy at all in living room area or bedroom.
