Fully furnished - Sunshine & Sea breezes come with this sparkling condo. Home features 2 bedroom / 1.75 bathrooms. Ocean view from both balconies. This condo is located on the second level. Updated and well cared for, it shines with care - brand new floors, newer windows, newer kitchen & cabinets, to newer bathtub/ sink. Beautiful granite counters. Both bedrooms are located on the second level and brand new flooring and paint throughout. In unit laundry with bathroom and shower on primary floor, and another bathroom and shower upstairs. Unit is in a gated community, electric vehicle charges station, steps from the beach. Enjoy your breakfast on the 3 barstools or entertain on the 6 person dining table. Relax on the couch, as you look out the balcony, as you enjoy an evening of relaxed television. Walk up stairs to the master bedroom which has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom offers a full sized bunk beds with access to a private balcony as well. The full bathroom is located between both bedrooms and offers a granite countertop vanity and a shower over tub. $3100/month 60 Day - 90 Day rental preferred. $4000 Deposit Parking is one reserved spot and additional guest parking. All utilities included in rent (electric, water, cable, sewer, trash.)
