### The Bungalow \~ Port Fairy

Welcome to beautiful Port Fairy! This gorgeous, centrally located light filled bungalow consists of one king sized bedroom, open living, kitchen and dining space and a large bathroom with laundry facilities. A large deck with outdoor dining and Weber BBQ is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun after a day at the beach. Whilst right in the middle of the township of Port Fairy, the bungalow is set well back from the street and is therefore provides a private and quiet escape.  
Modern residence, beautifully finished and styled. Perfect stop over, getaway or longer escape. Spacious for couples or individuals. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with all basics provided.  
  
Medium term rental requests will also be considered.   
  
Cot, highchair & baby bath available on request. A queen sized airbed is also available for older children.  
  
Many green spaces nearby as well as adjoining the property, pets most welcome! Please note, our family residence has been constructed at the front of the same property. The two dwellings are free standing and privacy maintained with a fence separating.
