Polished wooden floor boards flow throughout the home adding it its appeal, with carpet in the bedrooms for your comfort. The first two bedrooms come with Queens and the third with 2 singles. The laundry with washing machine is off the hallway and of this is the main bathroom comes with shower and toilet The house is situated on a large block with enclosed yard & hosts many fruit bearing trees to provide you shade in the summer or a quick snack on the go! In the evening fire up the large BBQ to cook on whilst the kids play amongst the trees. Then sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Port Fairy. Ideally suited to a young family this property offers a great location and facilities without breaking the bank. So peaceful it's hard to believe you are within short walking distance of the main street of Port Fairy.
