The ground level unfolds into a bright open-plan living and dining space framed by sliding glass doors, flowing seamlessly to the private courtyard beyond. Outside, a family-sized BBQ and dining setting sit among coastal plantings—perfect for slow afternoons or easy evenings after a day by the bay. Inside, settle into the generous lounge for slow mornings or movie nights, or gather around the timber dining table for relaxed, shared meals. The sleek kitchen—finished in clean white cabinetry and warm timber accents—balances style and practicality with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine for your morning start. Downstairs also features a queen bedroom, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a full laundry with outdoor access. Upstairs, unwind in a second living area ideal for quiet reading or family downtime. Three additional bedrooms include two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunks, all styled in minimalist tones with soft linen. The main bathroom offers a full-size bath and separate toilet, completing this thoughtfully designed coastal escape. Year-round comfort comes with ducted heating, split-system air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The garage has been converted into a game room with a table tennis table, which adds a playful energy for all ages. Street parking is available at the front of the property. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
