No need for a car once you arrive, as you will be walking distance to the beach, Marina, Macrossan Street restaurants & boutique shops. The bedroom features a queen size bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has a full size fridge, hot plates, a microwave & electric frypans so you really can make the most of staying in. There is also an electric BBQ on your private patio or balcony. The lounge space features a large sofa, smart TV and dining table and chairs. The outdoor patio or balcony features another dining table and chairs. All apartments include complimentary unlimited WiFi. The complex is a tropical haven for the sole traveller or couples seeking a quiet, comfortable and clean escape in the heart of Port Douglas. The complex features a beautiful tropical pool with sun loungers. The swimming pool is heated during the cooler winter months for year-round comfort. There is a complimentary, communal laundry on site with complimentary washing machines and dryers, and laundry powder is also provided. There are 19 apartments at Ocean Palms and each apartment will have either a private patio (ground floor) or balcony (first floor). Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist modern, allerdings auch nicht hochwertig. Aber das ist aus meiner Sicht vollkommen egal, wenn man die Unterkunft lediglich zur Übernachtung benötigt.
