Have stayed at this property many times before and we were very happy with the property. The studio which we were very happy with previously needed a little TLC. It looked like it was not maintained. Gardens were also very tired, previously they were beautifully kept. I feel since on site managers were removed the property has deteriorated. The positives for this apartment include the pool, free off-street undercover parking, very convenient location with easy walks to Macrossan Street, Four-Mile Beach, Marina, and the sporting fields. Minor negatives include a rather dated fridge and plumbing problems with the shower which we were assured were to be fixed on our departure. We had the top floor 3rd level and it is a walk up. Very comfortable and spacious apartment which had air con in the main bedroom and living room. Beds were firm, main bedroom very large, with a shared bathroom. Was an easy walk from the main street about 5 to 10 mins.
