They share the main bathroom facilities. A separate laundry is available for added convenience. The ground level is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living areas overlooking the tranquil gardens. Being split level, the lounge room is accessed via a few steps down. Glass sliding doors create a fully open frontage and encompass the outdoor area, integrating it with the living space.
