The food is poor and the quality for room is not well maintain. The grass around the pool area in my room is not trim. The toilet is not clean as well.

Enjoyable stay
Location of the hotel is great, near to the beach and amenities. I love the pool in the room. The room is clean and tidy. I feel very welcoming when i checked in. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and approachable. I had a great time staying in Grand Lexis

Cool place to stay
The location of the place was fantastic. My son came across nails floating in the private room pool. Room floor was not cleaned there was fair bit of hair on the floor and the shower. Other than that the staff was excellent. In the night we requested for some mosquito repellent and was provided in no time.

For an American on business trip, this was unusual hotel, but in a good way. The room had a small pool in it, the people were very nice, good English TV, and a lot to do there if over the weekend.

The service could be improve. They ask to wear mask for breakfast only to open it during breakfast. If didnt wear mask, they ask to return to your room to get it back, then buggy services is less, only for you to walk back to your far away room. Since we dined in everyday, we request for buggy, but have to wait for at least half an hour, sometimes no with no come sue to they miss inform our room no. Then they loss data to the room card key. We just finished lunch in cafe, went to far away room, cannot enter. Then walk back to lobby and was told the card loss data, want to use buggy to returned to room, but denied due to others who are not yet there waiting for it. Otherwise, room is ok, facilities is ok, food is delicious. Pool is clean.

Disappointment
Not worth for the price for the food and the room quality. The only reason we choose this hotel because of the private pool but we have bad experience. My daughter got feet injuries twice because the pool is not well maintained.

It needs a complete refurbishment as the overall condition is very old and worn out with spoilt blind. Cleanliness is another issue here whereby there is moss around the bathroom/toilet, the towel has stain on it and there are leftover hairs on the hair dryer which is unacceptable. This is a disappointing experience for the expensive room rate paid.

Horrible breakfast buffet, tasteless, limited choices, not worth the money of 35 ringgit per head for the kids. No beach at this property, so basically there is nothing to do except the pool. The private pool was ok, the kids enjoyed it. The main pool was closed, and was not informed, so it was very dissapointing. Overall, i'll give it a 4/10.

Nice room
Even it’s staycation for 1 night.. we really happy with the room and environment.. special thanks to FO staff Rekha who process check in for us, given nice room as per our request.. it was my husband birthday he really enjoyed the stay and happy with the private pool in the room itself.. Just little disappointed I have requested a slice of cake with happy birthday wording to be charged and serve to us at breakfast time but nobody serve it..

Wrong air cond location and breakfast portion.
Our stay would be the greatest if the room's air conditioner outlet was not located right above our bed which was kind of freezing at night. The breakfast taste so good but unfortunately only 1 portion is allowed during this pandemic and cannot be added on further.

Just a normal stay.. enjoying the swimming pool in the room.. nothing else interesting as the hotel couldn’t offer any activities for the guests due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic.

Kids having fun at the private pool. Food was okay. Room was very clean. Good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Helpfulness is tiptop. Fast buggy service but maybe cus there were less during my visit. Clean area. Oh my grandma is an amputee with no leg so they are very careful around her and made sure my grandma is safely in the room, also rode the buggy and very very very carefully driven. So I was impressed.

Other than a personal pool (Garden View Villa), there's very little to commend about the venue. Even the personal pool maintenance needs to be looked at as I find the water filter inlet partially covered with what appears to be a kitchen towel. Some of the room fixtures are in need of replacing, room wifi non-existent and breakfast fare is so-so, nothing to shout about. What I would like to see is better facilities for disabled people and baby strollers. The outdoor breakfast area needs pest control due to the overwhelming amount of flies whom decided to join my family for breakfast.

A happy stay with friends
It was an amazing stay as we were being upgraded to Sky Pool Villa with sea view. The private covered pool was fantastic. The room was huge with two queen beds which can sleep four. There’s a separate pantry. I personally had wanted to be at Grand Lexis quite sometime ago. But we found that the pillows were a bit heavy and not very comfortable. On the whole, we were happy with our stay at Grand Lexis Port Dickson.

We have a nice stay however the room Conditions appears to be run down. Cracks, and green algae can be seen in the private pool tiles and some leaking stains. Maybe the hotel should revamp or do some upgrades

Bad room condition. Other than that, great.
Everything was good, except the room's condition was subpar. Lots of drawer's knob were loose, the lamp underneath the sink fell down (the screws were loose) when I leaned on the sink, the shower's hose were leaking all over... In short, the room's condition were bad, nothing that can't be fixed in 1 hour if only someone were to check...

overall is ok
This is my 6@7 times staying in this hotel. Overall is ok. Front desk is ok. The room is not so clean,seen many of hair on the floor. The toilet flush also not working,need to pour water in,everytime u need to pee@boo. Ask for mosquito plug,but just sent me the mosquito liquid repellent only. Dust around the table,lamp,mug☹️. The breakfast just so so,maybe because of mco. Not like before.

I didn't know we couldn't do all the shared pools and activities. That could be the effect of the new corona, but customers should be informed in advance. And the rooms weren't very clean either.

Disappointing Stay Too Crowded
We booked over Hari Raya Haji weekend for family stay. The rooms are very large & great for family - especially liked the pools in each of the suites. We were disappointed to learn on arrival that all activities except swimming pool were not available for guests, which was the main reason for our stay. The hotel resort was also very busy with little social distancing due to crowds at lobby with guests checking in & breakfast Friday morning. The breakfast was definitely not 5 star which was disappointing to say the least.

Spacious and relax
Complimentary upgrade is good. The furnishing in the room seems a bit run down and dated. And many ants in the room. Staffs are polite and breakfast choices are good. Overall ok and hope there is refurbishing to improved the facilities.
