"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"Excellent location for the beach (stony beach below the apartment) , old town, full sea front, shops (5 mins to carrefour with fresh bread and fruit/veg) and train station. 10 minute walk through the gardens to train station and a 10-15 minute walk up to the port/beach. "This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Côte d'Azur region. You are a short train ride away from many destinations and you can easily drive to the rest. We played 6 different golf courses and enjoyed walks along the ocean in Antibes"
