Granite countertop! 2 bathrooms! Large unit located in a cul-de-sac off the main road once you enter the park. Close to the food trucks, water park and quarry beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a keurig, air fryer, toaster, fridge with freezer, oven & microwave. Large, fully furnished deck with a gazebo for shade. Sleeps 8 comfortably: Master Bedroom- queen mattress with private ensuite bathroom Second Bedroom- flip down couch with air mattress & two single bunk beds Pull out couch \- MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT \- If not a family (with the same last name) every individual person must be at least 25 \- No smoking inside \- Must be 25 years old to rent \- Private high speed internet included \- Central Air Conditioning/Heat \- BBQ & Fire Pit Lifted golf cart with off road tires included!
