Main House 3B / 1.5 Bath Guest House (Great for privacy !) 1B / 1 Bath Our Great Lake Retreat Villa is situated mere minutes from all Port Clinton activities such as Fishing, Boating, Eats & Drinks, Night Life, Beaches, Lighthouses, Family Fun & more! Close to: Cedar Point & The Lake Erie Islands (Put In Bay / Kelleys Island ), Marblehead and Port Clinton Lighthouses, Birdwatching and multiple State Parks. With a mix of Farmhouse Inspiration throughout, we've added some subtle Nautical flare to the home and created Port Clinton's lone Great Lake Escape Pool Home / Villa, and believe the Guest House is a GREAT addition vs. a standard vacation rental. The Guest House allows multiple families to enjoy additional privacy vs. standard rentals, or a place for Mom/Dad or Grandpa/Grandma to either escape from the grandkids....or to simply turn in early. Farmhouse decor kitchen, relaxing decor throughout. HD Streaming TV's in each bedroom HD Streaming TV 65" in the Living Room HD Streaming TV 42" in the Dining / Family area Gaming System (Nintendo Switch) provides a nice opportunity for young and old to bond, or just something for the kids to do while you plan your day. Bring you own games, or take advantage of what we provide (the games vary). The home is open concept with the Master Bedroom, Dining Area and Kitchen off the Pool/Patio side of the home. This is very relaxing, providing the kind of views your family hopes for on vacation. Beds are comfortable and rooms are simple to relax in, with the Queen bedroom in the main home offering leisurely reading options and even a few lotions throughout the year. Having 2.5 baths across the 2 Living Spaces (Main House + Guest House) provides ample opportunity to prepare for the day, and to refreshen up after a long day enjoying the area, with the privacy everyone expects from home (even while sharing a vacation rental). The GEM is the Outdoor area. The Dry Dock area (patio) and In ground pool provide SOOOO much room to spread out and enjoy the fun and the sun. The Guest House is a bonus that cannot be overlooked. It provides a separate living space for any couple in your family. Young or Old, some simply like the seclusion and will enjoy being able to turn in early for the night. Guest home is located just off the pool, and is a full amenity (Full Kitchen / Full Bath ) offering. FULL AC of course in the Guest House as well! As we head into Season 4.....the property has been a hit! Pool 5' deep end 3' shallow end You may also bring in your own floats as you see fit, and we'll provide some as well. Enjoy a cookout from the Patio with many seating options, and chaise loungers for catching some sun, as well as the updated Polywood furniture new for 2025! The Weber Grill is ready to feed the entire crew! With a Pool Home....the action doesn't stop when you get back home for the evening, and can start as early as you like! Keep the kids entertained while you plan out the day, or keep the good times rolling into the evening. With your own private pool, the vacation feels like a vacation 24/7, not just when you leave the home! Something for everyone here as the home provides many areas to spread out and relax!! Property consists of 3 main areas: 1\. Main House 2\. Pool House 3\. The Pool and Patio area Home is equipped with the following Surveillance cameras, fully disclosed locations and monitoring areas as agreed by all VRBO Hosts: 1\. Front Ring Doorbell (coverage includes the entire front entryway) 2\. Ring Floodlight Camera mounted above garage (coverage area includes the main parking area from main parking by the Main Home's garage area, to the road monitoring all vehicles entering the property from the street) 3\. Ring Cam mounted outside on the Pool/Patio area (1 ring camera - located at entry point to the back patio on the fence - Cameras positioned to cover the back patio area / pool area and Guest House Entry). All Cameras utilized for security purposes / Insurance purposes only (not monitored). King 2nd Bedroom = Queen 3rd Bedroom = Twin over Full Bunk & Additional Futon couch (which sleeps as a twin or a full. Each room is equipped w/ a Streaming capable Smart TV Living Room Area has excellent comfortable seating and 65" Streaming TV Dining area off the Pool Jack Daniel's Bar is set up with its own 42" TV (equipped with Nintendo Switch this season!). A few classic games provided, and feel free to bring your own. We'll off the Nintendo Switch until Guests don't properly care for the unit. This area is quite relaxing (see pics). Great place for some family bonding, stream your favorite team on ESPN APP.....or just grab a drink with the fellas, or the Misses! Full Kitchen with everything you'll need with few exceptions (if there's something missing.....let us know, we may add it for your next stay!) Laundry room right off the Pool with the 1/2 bathroom at the end of the hall (because remember, there's no P in the "OOL" lol Private Pool House / 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath A GREAT inclusion on your family getaway. Could be an in law suite, or just a couple's way to getaway. NOTE - not to be used as Kids Playhouse please. We've gone to great lengths to provide a nice experience, so please help us care for the property. Master Bedroom = Queen Size Living Room = Leather Couch Full Bathroom w/ Laundry & Standup Shower Streaming TV in the living room, Broadcast HD TV in the bedroom (non smart tv / no cable). Full Kitchen minus an oven (fridge/micro/glass cooktop and fully equipped kitchen). The Pool House is private, and opens directly onto the back patio / pool area. Also set up with its own small 2 person Wicker Bistro set for morning coffee, or evening wine. Patio / Pool Area A Great area to relax, swim, grill and entertain. This is a true Quality Time area for you and your family and friends. Large Patio with many seating options including bench seating, table top seating and a built in bar for 4 to enjoy a drink while enjoying some gorgeous sunsets this Summer! Pool 5' Deep End 3' Shallow End Important: Very cool and clean, but keep in mind we're offering this unique experience in a Country Setting. Dad will likely want to skim the pool in the morning to keep it crisp and clean during your stay (not necessary, but we do have the same things floating in the air as any other country setting (bugs, leafs, pollen or even an occasional Mayfly). Please Please Please - follow those pool rules. We want you to have a great stay, but not at the expense of anyone's safety. No Children in pool without adult supervision. Let’s repeat that, children must be supervised at all times while swimming. Review those rules Guys/Gals. Its appreciated. we're offering a unique place here, and we're excited about it! Weber Grill to let the Master Chef show off his skills. Grilling Utensils in both the Main Home and Pool House. Grounds - We would love to see folks enjoying the property, we only ask that you stay clear of the Pole barn as it represents part of the home upkeep and Maintenance (Lawncare etc), and that area is not part of your stay. Front porch, front and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy! We are located less than 1 mile from the PC City limits, a hop, skip and jump from the home! BONUS - NO Direct NEIGHBORS (closest being a few hundred yards away with an empty lot between their property and ours...... play your music, entertain and play around in the pool and play your music at your level! (no direct neighbors to bother). Short drive down the road to Jolly Rogers (for Perch and Walleye!) and Slaters Food and Spirits, The Jet Express (to Put In Bay) as well as our local Port Clinton shops! Enjoy places like "Ala Carte", "Northern Exposure" (great gift shop) as well as places like "The GristMill", "The Bait House", "Docks Beach House", "Bootleggers", "McCarthy's Irish Pub" and "Slaters Food and Spirits"! Did I mention the newly renovated Jolly Rogers Restaurant for local Perch / Walleye Dinners and more!! I did....but its exceptional! You're about 2 miles from downtown Port Clinton, and a Beautiful walk along the Lake Erie Shores! I recommend spending an evening on foot, seeing where your feet decide to take you! Hop in your car for a Short Drive to the Marblehead Lighthouse (15 mins), Cedar Point (25 mins) and all the fishing options you could possibly want (plenty of on shore spots for Dad / Daughter fishing days, and those who simply like to walk and cast. Very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The property owners communication was above expectation. He stayed in contact with us regularly and was very prompt with replying to my questions. We visited with 2 small children and while the weather didn’t cooperate for us to swim in the pool, we still had so much fun hanging around the pool playing with my grandson who enjoyed throwing ball's into the pool. We were looking for a spot to relax with good food and activities nearby. Once we got into the pool, we barely left! It was so relaxing that we ended up spending most of our time lounging around. The house had plenty of space for our two families (two couples and three adult kids). We cooked meals, played games, and did manage to go out to the Islands for dinner one night. The little gem is plopped right down the road from Port Clinton, which has everything you need. While it sits close to a pretty busy road, the traffic noise didn't bother us or stop anyone from getting a good night's sleep. The separate pool house was great for a bit of extra space. The owners were great with communication, made sure we had everything we needed, and helped us feel so welcome. The pool is pristine — my kids (17, 14, 11) swam every day, and the surrounding space was great for lounging. Everything was very clean, there was great AC for hot summer days, plenty of towels, and lots of pillows and blankets. We chose this spot because it’s conveniently located close to local attractions, but also far enough that it felt like a getaway at night. Having a separate guest house provided privacy for the adults, and the kids loved feeling like they had their own place. Lots of local fishing, fun restaurants, and lake activities. The checkout process was the simplest of any spot we’ve ever stayed, and the owners provided everything you could think of needing, plus some extras you don’t normally see at rentals. It’s clear they really care about the guest experience. I’d highly recommend choosing this property if you are visiting the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ##### Julie D.
