This Estate has it all: Waterfront, sitting on a large piece of land, set back from the street, with a large backyard and a large pavered patio area at the dock. Also offering privacy with a pillared fence around the property. Circular drive with a 2-car garage and game table. Large Lanai/patio pool area with BBQ , seating and a large rectangular pool.
The interior has been completely renovated with ceramic tiled floors, new cabinets, stainless appliances and with eye popping porcelain countertops. The master offers a king sized bed with french door access to the lanai, tv and a bath with a huge glass walk in shower, two sinks and a tub with plenty of closet space. Also a queen and two twin bed rooms with tv and a barn door type glass walk in shower.
Formal dining room, breakfast counter seating and nook area table. The entire home is spacious, the family room offers upgraded furnishings and a 65" tv with seating for six; an office and laundry rooms. The perfect action Villa.
