You have found heaven in this impeccable and gracious waterfront home among similar spacious homes tucked around Lake Marlin

Elegant dual glass entry doors leading to spacious wide open living area with terrific view to the lake. Contemporary furnishings thru out. Blue leather sofas, coffee and side tables, entertainment center with TV. Formal dining on one side of the kitchen and a morning nook with lake view to the other. Fabulous neutral tone kitchen with island. Stacked glass sliders opening to the large pool area designed to entertain, dine & be mesmerized by the open views of the lake. Screen featuring the all new Panorama Window to take in all of the lake view. The extra-large designer pool shoots water jets into the air. It also comes with an electric heater. Get ready to entertaining family or friends, or to spend an intimate night under the stars on this large brick paver pool deck with dining table for 6, a wonderful cozy lounge and lounge chairs all kept in a blue and white color scheme.
At the end of the day retire to the Master Suite with King bed, lake view, nightstands, dresser and TV, the adjacent bathroom with walk-thru shower, his and hers vanity and a nice size walk-in-closet. One Guestroom comes with a second King bed and glass sliders to the lake side pooldeck. The other room offers 2 Twin beds. Both share a dramatic bath with large walk-in shower and direct access to the pooldeck

Amazing property

We have had an amazing time at the Blue Marlin, the property is well maintained and set in beautiful surroundings. The property was very clean and there was everything that we needed. Heated swimming is a bonus. Seraina was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, always at the end of the phone. The area is very quiet and the only visitors are the wild life who we saw every day. We highly recommend this property and are sure that if you choose to go you will have a wonderful time. Weather was perfect and we even enjoyed the occasional thunderstorm. There is a choice of supermarkets close by and the beach at Stump Pass is a must visit. Try and catch the sunrise as it is amazing across the lake.

Finally an amazing place!!!

We had a great time!! House is perfect, we found everything we needed, even extras. Port Charlote is growing, but it is close to everything. Grocery store is less than 10 min. Great beaches around. Thank you for having us.

Excellent Rental/Wonderful vacation!

We are frequent vacation renters and are very particular about the properties we stay. This home is fabulous! Has every thing you need! Extremely clean and high quality in every way. Our host, Seraina, was very responsive, making everything easy and convenient in every way! Our family would definitely rent here again. One note, while you need to drive to the beach from this home, it’s a very short distance and parking is plentiful. We explored several different local beaches—-Englewood, Boca Grande, and Manasota Key. Lovely meals and dining nearby as well. Superb home, central location, lots to do and see! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.!

We LOVED our stay!!! Beautiful house, beautiful view!!!

My family of six (2 adults and 4 children), vacationed in this house for 13 nights and had lots of fun! Stores and restaurants 3-15 min away. Beaches are 15 min away. Everything was beautiful and cozy, just as on the pictures. Thank you Seraina for our unforgettable vacation!!! I would highly recommend this house!!!

Gorgeous Property!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was gorgeous, just as in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very well maintained inside and out. It is well equipped with everything you need, all we needed to pick up was food. Great location in regards to shopping, dining, beaches and day trips such as the zoo. We had a couple of questions and the property manager, Seraina, responded right away. Zero complaints, we had a great time and this is truly a lovely property! Thanks!!
