The only negative is the front porch is disintegrating and the bedroom with three beds. This year we took the whole family. This property was perfect. There was easily enough room for everyone. The kids loved the pool. More than enough space, and activities for the entire family. The house itself is so amazing with all its unique features, and spacious layout. But the care and attention to detail put in by the host really show. Great location less than 20min from town, and beach within walking distance. The pool, grill, hot tub, disk golf, fully equipped kitchen, board games, cards, coloring books, multiple smart tv’s throughout, and book shelves full of every kind give you plenty to do if you just want a relaxing day in. We were a group of 7 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for gathering and meals. We loved that the sleeping areas were away from the shared spaces. We appreciated the convenient laundry and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Gwen responded quickly to any questions. We loved the quiet walkable neighborhood and the pleasant neighbors. And of course, the proximity to the beach and the wonderful weather was the icing on the cake.
