You will feel like you are in Paradise in this newly updated Home. No need to go to the beach, since you have a beach like pool area in your backyard. As you walk in the double doors your first view is of the openness of this spacious home with 2665 sqft under aircondition and looking out to the one of a kind rock grotto pool area complete with waterfall and jacuzzi. Living, dining, kitchen, den and great room come with light birch wood flooring. 8ft glass sliders to pool area from 3 rooms.

Score big at the new Foosball Table in the Living Room. Spacious Family Room with black leather sofas, coffee and side tables, entertainment center with 75 inch TV, Bose sound system. It's every chef's dream kitchen with stainless appliances, stone counters and bar with gorgeous pearl shell backsplash, bar stools, wine cooler and pantry. Morning nook with mocha color high bistro set with 4 chairs with aquarium windows overlooking pool area. Formal dining with Tommy Bahama style large table and 6 chairs.

Master Bedroom with ebony wood flooring, white king bed set with wardrobe, dresser, flat screen tv and walk-in-closet goes out to the pool. Spacious Masterbath with double vanity, privacy toilet, Roman shower and separate tub. Bedroom 2: King size bed, 2 nightstands dresser and flat screen TV. Bedroom 3: King size bed, 2 nightstands. Bed Room 4: also serves as Den/office. This room comes with Murphy Queen bed, built in desk and shelves. Guest Bathroom with shower.

Let's go out to the SW facing pool area where you have plenty of room for entertaining and taking in the sun. Beach-like entrance into the pool with heated spa and beautiful water falls that light up and have a bench underneath to enjoy that cool pool surrounded with rocks. This outdoor Oasis comes with dining set for 8, loungers, bench, BBQ. There is a separate Pool Bath. Inside laundry room with frontloading washer/dryer. Garage has Bikes waiting for you.

Summer family fun

My family enjoyed everything about the property. The pool was great for cooling off during the record heat we had. The foosball table got a lot of use as well. My wife loved the kitchen. We even saw an alligator in the water behind the property! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The home is just like the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful! The pool was wonderful. Property Manager was wonderful to work with and always quick to response. Highly recommend the home if wanting to rent in the area!

Wonderful house & pool !!!!

Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed this house. House was very clean and plenty of space for everyone. Beds were very compfy and kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Plenty of bath & beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys and floats for beach & pool. Pictures on website are exactly how it appears. The Pool /spa was wonderful to come home to after a day at the beach. I hope to rent this home again in the future. Host Seraina was great to work with. Responded to all of our questions & needs immediately.

Great place for family top get together.

The pool was the main entertainment of the home. Plenty of space in the house. We had a total of 15 family members to gather, play, eat, but only 8 people sleep. It is all king beds, no twin beds. The garage had only a couple things for the beach life, might want to bring your own equipment for the beach. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation home.
