Communication waa outstanding! There are only a few things that need fixing/improvement. 1\. The hot tub has been out of service for so long it's in the handbook. Just delete it out of the listing. That was a big selling point for us and we were disappointed. 2\. The kitchen downstairs feels like an oven. My daughter had to go in there to make bottles and was dripping in sweat.3\. The fridge downstairs cools way better than the upstairs one, maybe swap them out. 4\. Remove carpet from bedrooms. There are sandbugs at the beach and will cling to carpet..It's also so unsanitary with the volume of people who stay there.5\. Add more cups/glassware, maybe some inexpensive wine glasses. They were able to game at night in their own space & store all their snacks in the kitchen below. My husband and I and our best friends had the upstairs with plenty of room to spread out with a room for both their girls. One night we had a shrimp boil and entertained other family members who were staying on the island. It was so beautiful and so very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was our 5th year in a row to come!! Best accommodations for our group yet!! Highly recommend this property for a large group or family.
