It’s just a formality! \-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay. Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else. Once you’re all set and verified, we’ll shoot over your check-in instructions faster than you can say “vacation time!” So let’s get this party started – your dream getaway awaits! 1\. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking. Minimum age to rent is 25 2\. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm 3\. No parties or events allowed 4\. Please use outdoor shower to wash off excessive sand as this will clog the upstairs shower drains 5\. No canopies allowed on upstairs deck 6\. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund. 7\. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. 8\. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental or on decks/covered driveway. Guests must acknowledge that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 9\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund 10\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We\`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. 11\. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out. 12\. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in). 13\. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 14\. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. 15\. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. 16\. The house was in great condition and conveniently located close to the beach and stores in town. We stayed in early winter which is a fantastic time to visit. Our kids enjoyed the beach access and sleeping on the bunk beds. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns and made sure everything was in good order. It was beautiful and a perfect weekend getaway. Our only regret was not bringing our whole family. The house had plenty of beds was very family friendly. Beautiful interior, washing machine, dryer, full kitchen. Had fire pit, bbq, swings, deck furniture. The beach is half a block away on a mellow street. Wouldn’t bat an eye letting my kids walk down there on their own. It was perfect. The price was the best around because the cleaning fee wasn’t equal to the overnight fee which was all we were finding in other houses. Our hosts were amazing and organized. We felt very spoiled.
