A great budget friendly option. Though beach is a five minute walk. We did not feel comfortable crossing that busy main street to get to it. The location is new so we didn’t encounter a ton of people. The house comes with a few kitchen necessities like a few pots and pans, 1 small cookie sheet, a small 4 cup coffee maker, blender, bowls, plates, cups and plenty of kitchen utensils.
