Salt & Lime - Classy Gated Beach Home Crystal Beach
You'll need some "Salt & Lime" because this place is Oh so Sweet.
You are just a few steps from the cleanest section of Crystal Beach. The Gated neighborhood, surrounded by a nature sanctuary, boasts a much cleaner beach than many parts on the peninsula. Enjoy the luxury furnishings inside and out. Complete with a large main lounge deck that's perfect for entertaining, watching the ocean & breathing the pristine ocean air. Climb up to the private upper deck to enjoy a private view of the ocean.
You'll love walking into to an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and living room. It's has a inviting vibe that's hard to match.
The kitchen has all of the essentials to cook a meal for the family or entertain friends with cocktails, perhaps both. It's your vacation!
Of course all of the appliances are stainless steel and as a special treat, this one has a commercial grade ice maker. Forgot to get ice at the "Big Store" to fill up your coolers? No problem. We've got you covered.
There is plenty of bar seating and a large dining table.
When you turn around, you're in the living room. You'll notice a large sofa, two recliners and a 65" Smart TV with a sound bar for movie nights or game days.
Before you head back to the bedrooms, be sure to take a look at the back balcony. This one is great for when you want to take a few minutes away from the group. Our guests love to use this for morning coffee, working remotely, or having a moment away from all of the busy-ness of a large group.
Let's go down the hallway to the first bedroom. The bunkroom has artisan crafted extra long bunks for kids (young or old!). There is also our 43" Smart TV mounted to the wall for all of your kids entertainment needs. Oh, and watch out for the tentacled sea creature on the wall. It may make you want to "stick around" a little longer. Let's move on...
The next bedroom is named "The Mermaid Room," and rightly so. With the way the décor and the light reflects, it feels like you may be living "under da sea." This bedroom has a King sized bed and a mounted 43" Smart TV as well.
Both "The Bunk Room" and "The Mermaid Room," are joined by a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower.
Across the hallway, is the "Sail Away" King Suite. This classy setup comes with a King Bed and it's own separate bathroom with a shower. This room also has a 43" Smart TV.
Going up the stairs, you'll find the main Master Suite. This large classy suite is also outfitted with a King bed, a private seating and lounge area with a fire place and a 55" Smart TV. The ambiance is fantastic.
Take a step outside to your private Master Patio. When you and your partner are ready to retire with a glass of wine for the evening or read a good book at sunrise, this is the perfect location for it.
The Master Bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and separate soaking tub and your own vanity sink.
The ground floor has a great amount of space for entertaining and an outdoor shower as well.

*Salt & Lime is on a septic system and therefore, nothing except toilet paper can be used in the toilets, including extra foods from meals. Please dispose in the garbage first. *The minimum renting age is 25 years old.

All Texas Coast homes are built off the ground. It is important to note that guests must be able to climb stairs.
Important to note that all coastal regions have the chance for weather disturbances. Due to this it is highly suggested to use a 3rd party rental insurance for your stay. We suggest TravelInsurance, The General, or VRBO. They offer rates from 7-10% of booking cost in order to ensure that you are covered in the event that there are sudden weather changes.
Basic House Rules: We love hosting and we love our guests! Please abide by these rules. Full disclosures can be found on the listing website (AirBNB, VRBO, etc).
1. Wash all sandy feet and hands after a beach visit prior to entering the home. We have provided an outdoor shower. 2. Take your shoes off....and stay a while. No shoes is a great beach policy anyway! 3. Woof! 2 Pet max is permitted at Salt &Lime 4. We are on a septic system. Nothing except toilet paper can be flushed. All excess food needs to be put in the trash before washing dishes. 5. No parties or events unless arrangements are made with the host prior to the reservation 6. No Smoking in the house. All cigarette butts must be placed in the garbage can downstairs with a garbage liner. 7. Do not move the grill to another floor. 8. Do not climb on or over any railings. 9. Do not move any indoor furniture outside, and any outdoor furniture inside. 10. Make sure you park in the designated areas only. Do NOT park or drive any vehicle through to the backyard. Please be aware if your vehicle leaks oil.
The property is inspected after every guest visit as our goal is to provide the same quality to the next guest. If any property damage is noted including excess sand on the furniture, excess dog hair on the furniture, rug stains, broken glasses, excess dirt, trash, pet "left-overs" (in the yard), cigarette butts, septic clog/back up, or other general damage. A fee will be charged in order to bring a professional in to correct the issue.
Salt & Lime has a no-shoes or house shoes only policy. With the nature of a coastal home, sand can be a challenge if it is brought in the home. If there is excess sand/dirt or other debris, an added cleaning charge will be added. Provided is both a full outdoor shower.
All guests are required to remove all trash (packed in trash bags) and placed in the bins at the street for removal. All dishes must be cleaned/washed and put away. Sheets and towels will be placed in the provided bag for the linen service to take for sanitizing. If there is trash left or excess dirt, an added cleaning fee of $100 will be added as it require a deeper cleaning. Any stolen towels of any size will be charged $25.
A septic system is sensitize to anything except toilet paper. Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper including, hygiene products, kleenex, paper towels, plastic, and food waste (in the sink). Dispose of these items in the provided trash bins. If there is a septic clog or malfunction, a fee will be added to hire a professional to come out and correct the issue.
Parking is provided underneath the house or in the driveway. Please be advised, pulling a vehicle under the house can be a tight squeeze and may cause damage to your vehicle or the house. BeeWell Properties is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any other item that a guest brings with them. *If your vehicle leaks oil, do NOT park in the driveway. You may park beside the driveway or in front of it. If oil stains are left, a $200 pressure washing fee will be added to remove the stain.
Do NOT pull any vehicles including personal vehicles, golf carts, ATV's etc. underneath the house and through to the backyard. You may park underneath or in front. Licensed drivers are permitted to drive said vehicles in the neighborhood and must have current, valid IDs on them at all times. Underage ATV/golf cart driving is NOT permitted by both HOA and county law.
Do NOT bring RV's and follow all laws and guidelines in terms of usage of any recreational vehicle such as golf carts, ATVs, etc.
There will be no refunds for appliance failure, WiFi failure etc. Due to being on the coast on a peninsula it is possible for occasional brief outages. Please let us know if there are any failures to any of the appliances, locks, AC/Heat, or other appliances. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
The guests booking profile must match the full name and ID provided. In instances of falsifying booking information "BeeWell" properties has the right to refuse service and withhold all payments.
"BeeWell Properties" does require a valid ID within 24 hours of booking a reservation.
By booking a reservation, you, the renter agrees to all of terms listed.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a last minute vacation. We had to pivot from Destin due to hurricane Helen & we were so fortunate to have found this home available at the last minute. The house was absolutely beautiful & very clean, there was plenty of room for all of us to either spread out & relax or come together & visit. The kitchen was very well stocked ,all we had to do is buy some groceries & we were good to go. The bedrooms & beds were very comfortable with plenty of space to move around. The beach was a short walk and not crowded at all, we enjoyed long walks on the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Quiet community with private access to the beach. We have stayed on Bolivar frequently within the last 2 years and this rental was by far the nicest, that actually looked just like the pictures online. We chose to rent a golfcart as it is a hike to the beach on foot, totally worth it! Highly recommend this property!

Anna really deserves the Superhost status and the 5-star rating for her beach house. Anna communicated readily and provided all info we requested. We enjoyed very much the weekend at the house. It was perfect for our quiet, relaxing family gathering.
The house is very nice, very well kept and nicely decorated, very nicely furnished, very roomy.
The veranda was perfect for our evening chats.
We will certainly stay here again in our next trips.

The two extra items that made it even better is that it is located in a secured access community and the beach (can walk or take golf cart) is less crowded than other parts of the Crystal Beach area.
