You'll be just a short drive away from the beach where you can relax on the shores with your family and dig into the sands as your kids play in the pristine waters. Venture out to Fort Travis Park and experience the history of the Bolivar Peninsula. Visit the esteemed Bishop's Palace and walk through its Victorian-style corridors.

Back at this lovely home, you'll be welcomed in by the comfortable furnishings in the living area and the wonderful pictures that hang on the walls. Whip up a tasty meal in the full kitchen using the appliances if you and your guests get hungry, then sit out on the patio and take in the breezy ambiance while you sit out on a chair and sip on some thirst-quenching drinks. Make use of the washer/dryer and throw your dirty clothes in, then as the evening beckons, lie down in bed and read a good book until you doze off into dreamland.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement
No seasoning, no even salt an d pepper, nothing for baking. No washing machine detergent. Not enough towels for 5 people who are going to be at the beach daily. 1 towel and 1 wash cloth person is no where near enough, especially if we are supposed to provide our own detergent. Why leave dishwasher detergent but not detergent for washing the one towel provided . The outside spaces were not usable due dirt and wear. Everything looked old and unsafe ( pictures seemed photoshopped)

Not clean

This place really looked to be a nice place on the website. It was exactly what we needed for our young family of 5. As listed it was in a quiet place but still a very short drive to the beach. Unfortunately, there was no early check in and when we did check in at 4p we walked in to find the living room ceiling fan hanging from the electrical wires, the fire alarm not connect, dead mosquitos covering the bed in one of the rooms, and overall an unclean home. After contacting VRBO/Vacasa they said they could not refund; instead, they could only relocate and told us to go to the website to find something (the evening of the holiday weekend) and there were zero places and told us we would have to wait up to 2 hrs for the maintenance person to arrive. After they contacted the manager the manager was so kind to find us another site that wasn't technically listed any longer and got us setup right away!

Nice 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds.

Great home. Close to everything. Home is on the bay side, so salt spray from the beach isn’t a factor. Access to a washer and dryer is very nice. Beds are very comfortable. The cost is very reasonable. The home is rented through Vacassa. We have rented from them before, it’s a very professional property management company.
