RV is perfectly sized for a couple or small family looking for a peaceful get-a-way or vacation. The RV has one private bedroom w/ a queen sized bed and upgraded comfy mattress for a good nights sleep. There is also a fold out sofa (full size), a dinette that makes into a bed for children and a reclining love seat. Also a full bathroom w/ large shower, full kitchen w/ amenities and a very large lot for parking, playing or relaxing. It's perfectly located by several good food options as well as an awesome coffee / food truck (Hughston's Hot Spot). I only have 3 complaints, one of which is no fault to the owner, but I think is important for future renters to know about. Starting with that, the mosquitos were horrendous. When we arrived, a swarm was stirred up by driving through the grass to get to the parking area. When I went to get the key, I was bitten no less than 20 times. Again, no fault to the owner here,but had I known the mosquitos were going to be so bad, I would have made a different decision. I understand there is a "season" for mosquitos on the peninsula, so perhaps keep that in mind. As for the other two complaints, simply put, none of the outlets in the RV worked and when I tried to reach out to the host there was no information relayed about how to get the power turned on.
