Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below. Double fridges, microwave, coffee pot, etc, and kitchen had plenty for us to make all of our meals.We had several families with us, and this was a great home and location for our group. They did havePlenty of plates & utensils to use. The tide was high during our stay so we didn’t get to have much beach time except in the early morning.
