### Les PerceNeige - Maison 85 m² à Port-Bail-Sur-Mer

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 75 m² house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located 300 m from the beach in Denneville. It includes a pretty 85 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :  
\- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace  
\- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside :  
\- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
\- A beautiful 500 m² private garden   
  
The house is ideally located in Denneville, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Transport links :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Valognes, 35 km away (about 35 minutes by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 115 km (about 1 hour by car).  
You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full.

\- Bed linen and towels are included  
\- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.   
\- The fireplace is operational, but wood is available at an additional cost (reservation and payment with our partner on site).  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
