Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, Wi-Fi). Open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine). Bedroom 1 with ramp access (double bed 140x190cm). Shower room with WC (washing machine). On the first floor, mezzanine landing, bedroom 2 (double bed 140x200cm), bathroom with WC, bedroom 3 (queen bed 160x200cm) with desk. On the second floor, bedroom 4 (double bed 140x190cm + single bed 90x190cm), shower room with WC, and bedroom 5 (two single bunk beds 90x190cm + single bed 90x190cm). Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made upon arrival. Cleaning service available at an extra cost. Central heating included and firewood provided. Stone walls and wooden window and door frames. Private enclosed grounds. Terrace with shelter. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Sun loungers. Swing. Parking. Nearby pond (fishing possible, rowboat available on request). The estate is open to the public in July and August. This is a family adventure that began in 1998 when Valentin and Laëtitia took possession of this medieval manor house, a listed historical monument! In addition to the organic farming operation and its 55 hectares of land, the owners are also undertaking the gradual restoration of the estate. Passionate about history as well as biodiversity, they welcome you to this former 15th-century wine press where everything is "homemade"! Spread over three levels, you will discover the work carried out, always with Valentin's spirit of upcycling, and the sometimes medieval atmosphere of these large rooms. The living room, created in the former wine press tower, is full of authenticity! Supported by numerous volunteers, the owners continue their work to preserve this unique place, where you might encounter "Dagobert" the donkey and other animals such as chickens, swans, and ducks as you wander about. Guests are welcome to observe the care of the farm animals. The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle. Utilities included, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, Wi-Fi, linens provided, fireplace, enclosed grounds, optional cleaning service, parking, towels provided, baby equipment, garden furniture, barbecue, freezer, swing set, terrace, garden, pets allowed, detached house, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
