### LYC Cottage #1

Little Yellow Cottages consist of a block of six one and two bedroom cottages, located in Downtown Port Austin. They are perfect for those that desire activity and comfort. Across the street, you will find the Port Austin marina, beach, and pier, as well as Port Austin’s seasonal Farmer’s Market. The cottages themselves are ideal for both small groups requiring just one cottage, or larger groups needing more room, yet seeking the privacy afforded by the individual cottages.  
  
Each of the Little Yellow Cottages feature a screened in porch with seating, a living room with TV & soft seating, a full kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc.), air conditioning and/or heat, and a private bath with shower. Cottages are available in both one bedroom and two bedroom configurations and can accommodate up to six guests.   
  
Outdoors you will find a fire pit, outdoor grills, and picnic tables and chairs. You are welcome to enjoy the space outback, as well as your own private patio with outdoor seating. You can purchase wood, charcoal, and other essentials for your outdoor fun just a few minutes from your cottage.  
  
The two bedroom cottages each have one bedroom with a queen or full size bed, and one bedroom with two twins. The one bedroom and studio cottages have 1 queen sized bed and 1 queen sized sofa bed.

#### Memorial Day Weekend

The little yellow Cottage #1 was the perfect location for my long holiday weekend stay in Port Austin. The cottage was charming and i loved the farmer's market and Memorial day celebration close by. It was in Walking distant of the Beach, harbor, restaurants and creative shopping. A short drive to friends at local camp sites. I appreciate the porch and garden patio. Easy front street parking. Easy in and out. Easy to find. I liked the Roku.
