Very COLD when we got in. No heat on to welcome us, so we had to wait awhile for the room to feel warm. Not what we expected when we came in from cold, wet, 30\* temps. Front desk man was very grumpy, giant dog treats, but tiny jolly ranchers for guests. Guess Dogs are more important than people. Bed was very comfy, tiny bathroom. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about! The price I locked in for was not honored. Again, man at front desk was Non Apologetic. Will likely not stay there again for the price. :( it was just ok. Put off by management. They could have been more kind and and accommodating! Not very service oriented. Could use some better social skills. Expected better for the price. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some touch-ups with the caulking, but the shower/bathtub and toilet were clean. There is a door seperating them from the sink area which is convenient for privicy. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room which is nice to have, although the fridge doesn't have a freezer. We didn't see very much of the staff during out stay, but they were pleasant and courteous while we were checking in. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay especially considering the price point.
