"This room seemed to be a bit older or maybe other rooms I’ve stayed in have been updated recently. This does not take away from it being a pleasant stay and a comfortable room. I am a solo traveller and it was good for me being the queen bed option. I feel a couple might be a bit tight but definitely doable. The staff were very friendly and remembered me. Got me in a tad earlier than check in, which was appreciated. The local bus is only a short walk to the hotel, and the town is so small that you could walk anywhere in the main “city” from the hotel. I will stay here next time I’m in Alta."

"This hotel is clean and new with a great harbor view and a fun deck for watching the northern lights. The breakfast is excellent in variety and quality. The staff are attentive and friendly. The drives we took to Nordcap and around the island are beautiful. The reindeer were everywhere and fun to see up close and from a distance. A great experience!"

"Hotel is conveniently Located in town center, near restaurants and services. Our room was renovated and nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom. Room was a bit on the smaller size, with two single beds next to each other, typical of Norway. We slept well, the traffic from the main street, Storgata was not bad at all.street parking available. Breakfast was very good, and the service is friendly. "
