Welcome to Pornichet! Treat yourself to a seaside holiday in this furnished apartment with a view of the harbour and beach, ideally located on the 3rd floor (without a lift) of a calm and family-friendly residence. The accommodation comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 1 child, and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Admire the boats and sunsets from the balcony, and enjoy the beach and harbour just steps away for swimming or water activities. Located in the centre, close to the harbour, shops and restaurants are accessible on foot. It's the perfect place to discover the Coast of Love in complete tranquillity!   
  
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living room of 25 m² opening directly onto the balcony with a view of the harbour and the beach. The kitchen, modern and open, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.   
  
Share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the one on the balcony when the weather permits. Extend your evenings in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.   
  
The room is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be brought together, as well as a wardrobe. The living room sofa is convertible and can accommodate a child.   
  
The bathroom has a slipper bathtub with a step, a hairdryer and a toilet.   
  
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but "blue zone" parking spaces are available in the street and nearby.
