Parking is available in the building. 13 m² terrace (northwest facing) with garden furniture.  
The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room (140x190 sofa bed) with a fitted kitchen (induction hob), a bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
Additional amenities: baby crib and Thermomix upon request.  
Included: sheets and towels.
