### Villa 100m From the Beach

In Loire Atlantique in the south of Brittany, cross the largest bridge in France to discover the Côte de Jade and the history of the seaside resorts of Pays Nantes and Pays de Retz. Your accommodation is located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and only 100m from the blue flag beach of “La Noëveillard”, the marina, bars and restaurants.   
  
This 160m² family villa and its wooded park has two double bedrooms upstairs with a 160x200 bed, a 160x200 bed (2x80x200 pull-out bed) then on the ground floor two double bedrooms with a 140x200 bed and two 90x200 beds or a large 180x200 bed that can thus accommodate up to 8 people.   
  
Enjoy an independent kitchen with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home (stove-oven, American fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Malongo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and juicer). The living-dining room with wifi access and fireplace enjoys a small sea view. The electric barbecue is available on the balcony. On the same floor you will find a double bedroom with sea view and a double bedroom with pull-out bed as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The ground floor consists of a library area, two double bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. A hairdryer, childcare equipment (umbrella bed, high chair and deckchair), a washing machine and an iron are also available. Enjoy the garden and its furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella).   
  
It is possible to park up to five vehicles on the secure property.

Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialties such as the unique Moules de Bouchots from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from “La Fraiseraie”, the delicious Galettes from “St-Michel”, the so good hot or cold “Le Curé Nantais” as well as, in moderation, the beers “La Brigantine” from the Côte de Jade brewery.

#### Séjour agréable. Bonne situation géographique

Un logement spacieux et agréable. Juste un bémol pour la cuisine qui manque de plan de travail. Les sanitaires ne sont pas ultra modernes mais propres et fonctionnels, ce qui est le principal. Conforme aux photos.
