### Renovated farmhouse 500m from the center of Pornic for 4

Set sail, take a break, choose the south of Brittany and the Côte de Jade for a vacation where everything can be done on foot. Stroll through the streets with incomparable charm to the castle of “Blue Beard” overlooking the old port, passing by the halls, atypical shops, bars and restaurants. By bike, set off on the “Vélocéan” adventure, this seaside route runs along the coast from the seaside resort of Pornic to the small port of Collet, nestled at the end of Bourgneuf Bay. An iodized itinerary, which you can punctuate with a swim or a tasting of the famous local oysters.   
  
“La Pagotière”, an old renovated 19th century farmhouse of 60m² and its 115m² garden not overlooked, is located a few steps from the first shops and at the gates of the historic center of Pornic. Atypical it has a double bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and a bench (country bed) in the living room, which can thus accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. It consists of an entrance with separate WC, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press). The living dining room has a TV and Wi-Fi connection. Enjoy the 25m² terrace (table, chairs and deckchairs) and the intimate and fully enclosed garden.
